Serving: What doesn't challenge you, doesn't change you.

One thing in this life that is guaranteed, is change! As much as we would like to think that we're in control of what happens in our lives, the reality is, we only have control over our response to the changes. The most difficult part of any change is the "unknown". For a control freak such as myself this can be petrifying! However, if something doesn't challenge us it doesn't change us. We become stuck! Which in turn, leads to a host of emotional issues, depression, anxiety, etc. Either way, life has a way of exposing what it is we need to change about ourselves. We have the choice of forfeiting our destines by remaining stuck and suppress the issues and not deal or facing the reasons behind our stagnations. Choose wisely. For destiny's sake. 

This week was a little difficult to get inspired creatively, every fashionista has those moments. Usually when I get into a fashion rut I rely on a printed dress. 

This particular one was perfect for the scorching weather! 

Outside of the print, the cut of the dress works for my curvy frame because it accents the smallest part of my waist. Which of course, I love anything that makes me look slimmer! Lol

I purposely cut out my shoes because I didn't like how they looked with the dress. Lol
