Serving: Don't Settle for the Target

If you're anyone like me, when I have something I want to accomplish I cannot stop until it's mine. So much so that sometimes I lose sight of the process for the sake of the accomplishment. It's hard to stop and smell the roses when most of them are just buds. Lol. However, there's a sense of movtivation that comes with seeing how far you've come and what you've already accomplished. Seeing how you handle situations now and the growth that has happened during some of your darkest moments is such a great joy. Which ultimately for me means that the target shouldn't overshadow the journey.  I guess that's what it means to enjoy and trust the process.

Patterns, colors, and textures all rolled up into one look. I usually plan my looks out for the week but for this particular look I asked the good Lord to intervene. Lol

Sometimes I stress about what I'm going to wear for the day, as with any woman. But for this look I remember literally praying "God take the difficulty out of getting dressed this morning. And viola everything came together perfectly!

This dress worn as a top has a unique pattern, which I LOVE. It has definitely been one of my favorires, so of course I had to play it up right! I paired two necklaces in contrasting colors; blue and orange. And of course completed the look in flats in my favorite color, leopard print !

Hope you enjoy!
