After spending hours completing a make-up look it is a must that it lasts! That is what makes setting sprays imperative for every makeup lover. They have multiple functions, however the main purpose of them is to keep your makeup looking locked in placed and looking amazing all day. Now if you've been following me for some time, I've been on a hunt for the best drug store makeup for discount prices; because let's be honest, make-up can cost you a mini fortune! After doing my share of comparing I believe that I've come across a jewel when it comes to setting sprays, the Milani Make it Last Setting Spray.


 

According to the website, the Milani Make it Last Setting Spray claims to lock in your makeup and keep that just applied look all day and into the night- no touchups needed! It further claims to prime, correct, and locks in your look for up to  hours without  a crease or smudge, to prevent fading and shine. For us oily girls, it promises to give us a matte flawless face.

 
Now on to my review! After using this product since it first launched in March, I must say I'm hooked! For my oily skin, I use this product in multiple ways. I first use it to prime my face for added hydration for a smooth makeup application. I then use it to lock my look in place. The main thing I like about this spray is that in addition to setting my makeup it also melts all of your powders into your skin (Think of MAC Fix +). In other words, it keeps you from looking "cakey". The fragrance is amazing and the mister is very fine, which is important because it doesn't leave random droplets on your completed look.

After 17 hours after application. My makeup is still in place, other the the usual shine on my nose everything else is in tack. 

There is a reason why his product is sold out EVERYWHERE!! I have found some at Target, CVS, and Walmart between $8-$10.

If you aren't hip to the setting spray life, please get involved, especially during the summer months. This is a must have in your makeup arsenal. You'll thank me later.
