Happy Father's Day!!! Although I haven't had the pleasure of knowing what it means to be loved by a Father, I have been blessed to have some amazing men in my life. Men who have poured into me in so many ways. After losing my grandfather in 2008 Father's Day is a day that I would dread. If I'm honest, it's still very tough, this day has been filled with so many emotions. However, my mission was to fight against those emotions and declare a great day! I decided to surround myself with love by spending time with family and friends. Spending time with the people I love dearly always lifts a heavy mood. God has a way of working things out better than I imagine!
Contrary to popular belief I'm versatile when it comes to my wardrobe. As much as I love a form fitting dress I do venture out and try different looks. For today's agenda I decided to try the high waisted pants trend.
Of course I couldn't stop there, the color of the pants themselves made a statement. Add in a stripped body suit and leopard print flats and my look was complete.
