Serving: "Wet N Wild MegaLast Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipstick" #SelfieBeat Product Review

Wet N Wild is slowly becoming a contender for makeup lovers. The affordable brand has been KILLING lately. So for this edition of #SelfieBeat, I'll be reviewing another one of their products; the MegaLast Liquid Cat suit Matte Lipsticks.

 

Although, liquid lipsticks have a wide range of colors, they can be very difficult to wear. Personally, I haven't had the best luck with liquid lipsticks. The formula can be very drying and applying them takes great skill! lol. Alcohol is the main ingredient in most formulas, which is what allows the color to last for hours. Due to my dry lips, I typically stick to creamy formulas. So if you can't tell, I was very apprehensive in doing this review. 

 


According to the Wet N Wild website the MegaLast Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipsticks claim to glide on like butter, feel like a second skin and won't budge. It also claims to go on glossy yet transforms into a high pigmented matte finish. The collection has twelve shades and I purchased four of them. The shades that I have are as follows:
Berry Recognize
Flame of The Game
Video Vixen
Coral Corruption
Oh My Dolly

 

After trying these lipsticks for weeks, I must say, I'm pleasantly surprised!! The formula is VERY comfortable, not too drying. They glide on with ease and a very pigmented. They dry down to a matte finish and I tell you it takes a small army to remove them. The color last for HOURS!!! The only complaint I have with them is that, if you apply more than one layer it can become very flakey and bunchy. However, one application/layer is usually enough. The usual price for these babies  is $4.99, however I've found some of mine on sale for as low as $2.00! They can be found in any drugstore. 

So in conclusion, they are worth a try!! I plan to get the rest of the colors in the collection.
