Black and white is my FAVORITE color combination (view previous posts lol)! To make the simple color combination interesting, mixing prints is the way to go. One of the most important factors in achieving a great look is to make sure that everything is cohesive. It doesn't necessarily have to "match" but things must blend well together. With mixing prints the key is to make sure the prints do not clash with each other. The way to achieve that, is to make sure that one print is significantly smaller or simpler than the other. Take a gander on how I achieved this look:
A black cami and pewter pump rounds out the look.
For my personal style I always have to have what I like to call a "pop". Something, whether it's a lip color, some form of texture, pattern, shine, has to "pop" in an outfit.
