Waiters Serves: Leather Thigh Highs

Thigh high boots are a winter staple, however they can be difficult to wear. Without looking like a streetwalker I make a point to pair them with ultra feminine pieces and voluminous proportions. For this look I decided to play with a little juxtaposition, by pairing an edgy belt with a floral dress. Take a look:
